This Grade II listed building is just on the outskirts of Margate, close to art, culture, restaurants and dining. The spacious, well-kept property boasts open fireplaces & wood burners, a well-equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, two acres of land, a hot tub, sound via Sonos, and just about everything you could expect for your experience.

Questeds is a great place to stay, grand, private, spacious and comfortable. It currently can accommodate sixteen people. Ideal for generation families to get away and be together for any special occasion.

Downstairs comprises three large reception rooms. The living room, drawing room and dining room so that everyone can enjoy eating together. The kitchen is a large area, ideal for social gatherings and with a range of appliances to make your stay just perfect. Bean coffee machine, hot tap (no waiting for a kettle). Plenty of refrigeration space, including three fridges, plus specific wine cooler and an ice dispenser. If you’re cooking on a ceramic induction hob and a double electric oven, plus two microwaves and a dishwasher to take care of everything afterwards!

The Westgate train station is 200 yards away with a mainline into London and Margate. Alternatively, a quick, easy taxi or bus travel to Margate, just five minutes away or any of the surrounding towns in the area. The beautiful Westgate beach is just a 7-minute walk, and if you want to wander, there are beaches in both directions, Minnis Bay.

Birchington to the left and Margate to the right as you face the sea. These days, Margate fizzes with artistic energy. To traditional, holiday-town charms, add a world-class art gallery. Margate’s Old Town rejoices in a funky vibe. Here, chic eateries, galleries, vintage shops and chilled-out cafés rub shoulders with traditional seaside delights: candyfloss stands; fish and chip shops; seafood stalls. The reinvigorated Harbour Arm is home to stylish spots to eat and drink. Just five minutes from the Old Town, you will find emporiums of everything antique, old-fashioned and unusual shops with many pubs and cafés,

Margate’s rich history is everywhere. Rediscover childhood toys in the Hornby Visitor Centre. Explore the Shell Grotto’s subterranean, shell-lined passages as well as the Dreamland retro amusement park, where music events are regularly held, and the Turner Centre Art Gallery, regularly displaying different artists’ work.
