It offers stylish, fresh accommodation that is within walking distance of the popular Margate Old Town area and the charming village of Westgate on Sea, which also boasts its own cinema. Within easy reach of the main towns of Broadstairs and Ramsgate and a quick bus/train ride to Birchington, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham or Canterbury. You then enter the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge on the ground floor which has French windows off the dining area leading to the communal garden where there is a BBQ for your use. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and looks onto the dining table and chairs for six guests. Beyond that is a spacious corner sofa in the lounge area along with TV, and fireplace that offers a real effect fire that adds a real cosiness and warmth to the room, particularly in long winter evenings. Facilities in the lounge area are a DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and a Smart TV and separate DVD, along with many DVDs, books and games to keep all ages occupied on a rainy day. From the kitchen area a staircase leads to the first floor which opens directly into a spacious, light and airy twin room that has a Velux window. There is also a full size daybed with underneath trundle bed that can be made up on request allowing the room to sleep four children or four adults if necessary. There are drawer units and bedside cabinets as well as underneath the beds for storage. Next to this is the double bedroom which has a Velux window, TV and walk in wardrobe, with an en suite shower room and WC that also has a Velux window. French doors from the twin room open out onto a good sized balcony which commands fantastic sea views, has a patio table, chairs and parasol as well as a couple of sun beds for your use.
