Redwood is a well-received holiday cottage in Broadstairs, praised for its spaciousness, proximity to the sea, and family-friendly amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, redecorated bathrooms, and the playroom for children. The garden and parking are also noted advantages. While some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Most guests found Redwood to be clean and well-maintained, though there were isolated comments about the need for oven cleaning and a scaled-up kettle. These appear to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The location is highly praised for its closeness to the beach and town, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The convenience of the location contributes significantly to the positive experiences of the guests.
Guests consistently report that the property is comfortable, with ample space and cosy furnishings. The presence of a playroom and the suitability for multi-generational stays are frequently mentioned as comfortable aspects of the property.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and playroom. However, some guests reported issues with appliances and the heating system, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.
