Broadstairs is brimming with old fashioned charm and you will find no less than seven lovely sandy bays to explore, including the main beach Viking Bay with its pretty harbour, jetty, beach huts and a boardwalk across the sands. The house is right in the heart of town with all the shops and good restaurants you could wish for just an easy stroll away. The station is very close by, so why not hop on a train to Canterbury, only 25 minutes, to visit the famous cathedral and wander round the medieval streets with great artisan shops and cafes.
