Bedroom 1 is the Den – (sleeps 2) with two sofas, one is the double sofa bed topped with a feather-bed mattress topper. TV
Shower room – located just between the Den and Boot room.
Bespoke kitchen, beautifully fitted with range cooker, rustic island, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the essentials for your stay. The washing machine is located upstairs. Double doors open to the dining room.
Dining room, a large grand entertainment space with a full length antique mahogany table and spare table that will accommodate all 14 guests, decorative fireplace.
Drawing room, grand double aspect windows, an open fire, seating for 10/12. Board games and Bose iPod/ iPhone sound dock speakers available for guests' use.

Double / Twin room (sleeps 2) King size double bed, can be made up as a twin on request and topped with a feather-bed mattress topper.
