Perfect for relaxing country holidays, Kinsbourne is an attractive one bedroom cottage forming one of two looking out over idyllic Kent countryside near Maidstone and Faversham. The cottage can comfortable accommodate both couples or a small family and is dog friendly by arrangement.

Inside

There is an open plan living area with leather seating, a dining suite for four, Freeview TV with built in DVD player, a CD player/ radio and selection of books. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge with ice box, integral washing machine, electric oven, hob and microwave.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is one double bedroom, an extra single sofa bed in the lounge and a modern bathroom with white suite, tiled walls and bath with power shower over. 

Outside

There is plenty of car parking at the cottage and a garden with seating for four people, a barbecue and rotary washing line.

Other Things to Note

There is slope up to the property for disabled access along with low level light fittings, high plugs and wide doorways. The property is heated by night storage heaters.

One dog is accepted at a fee of £20 per stay.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

There is a welcome gift for guests on arrival.

Ironing facilities and a vacuum cleaner can be found at the property.

Availability

Short breaks are welcome except during the peak summer period. Last minute stays within 30 days of arrival may also be available.

The cottage is set close to the amenities of Stalisfield Green, a small rural hamlet close to Faversham and Maidstone on the North Downs. The maritime attractions of Chatham along with Leeds Castle and Bluewater shopping centre are within easy reach.
