This property is an ideal base to enjoy Kent’s unspoilt beaches, beautiful countryside, Dover Castle (11.5 miles), Port Lympne Safari Park (7 miles), South of England Rare Breeds Centre (17 miles) , Ashford Designer Outlet (16 miles) and the historic city of Canterbury (21 miles).

Enter this large property via its side door into a useful coat and boot storage area. The ground floor flows from the well-equipped kitchen into a morning room with two armchairs with sea views. French doors lead from the dining room onto the terrace, which has the most spectacular panoramic views. The dining room seats up to ten (eight chairs and a bench, there is also a highchair) and the lounge has comfortable seating for all the family. There is a large coffee table for games and a Smart TV. On the ground floor, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace via French doors. The owners have a baby and toddler, so there are children’s toys for these ages. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Out on the terrace, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, make it the ideal spot for dining and relaxing. There are steps down to a large and exciting garden which is laid to lawn with flower beds and an unfenced pond. There is also a 14f’ trampoline for children.
