Homemade cake plus a generous welcome pack along with a handwritten card greeted us on arrival, parking for our large SUV wasn’t a problem the driveway was ample for several cars. Ideal base to explore Kent, Whitstable, Canterbury, Margate, Ramsgate, Dover, Broadstairs, Rye, Dungeness all easy drives 20-60 minutes away, the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway station is a few mins walk away, Dymchurch seafront is a 5 min walk away. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at number 35 Seabourne and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Fantastic enclosed garden for the dog, gorgeous welcome hamper including homemade cake - delicious! Very comfortable beds and a great space if you have little kids. Not too far from Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury (recommend a trip to the cathedral - absolutely amazing!). We had a lovely week here and didn't want to come home. Thank you so much.

We returned after our visit last summer . Again it is the perfect home from home place to relax, beautiful, clean , comfortable, so well equipped and well maintained. The garden is amazing , safe for children and pets with a section beyond a walled gated area to explore that leads down to a river. The good quality sun loungers and garden patio furniture ensure the comfort continues into the garden which also offers utilities such as a washing line and bbq if wanted. There was an upgrade this year with a fabulously comfy new king size bed , bedding and cushions ,new toaster and kettle and very comfortable new cushions for the sun loungers. But it is the personal touches where Leigh and Mark the owners go above and beyond with a very generous welcome hamper containing not just tea, coffee and milk but a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits, chocolates, a can of lager and one of Leigh’s amazing home baked cakes with a welcome card and a bunch of flowers. There was even a bag of dog treats left for our pet dog with useful items such as a throw, a towel and a dog bowl to use for him .The location is perfect being a 10 minute walk to the seafront offering beautiful beaches with promenades stretching for miles , great fish and chips and ice cream. Hythe , Port Lympne Safari Park and Romney Hythe & Dymchurch railway are a few nearby places. It is near to a great pub and take away places in the village. Leigh and Mark are at the end of the phone and answer any queries immediately during your stay, it was lovely to meet Leigh in person this time when she knocked to see if all was ok and say Hi. The love they have for their holiday home shines through which makes a difference making it a special holiday home to stay in and is why when you read their guest book comments at the bungalow so many families return. We hope to return again .
