Beach Reach is a family friendly holiday cottage sleeping eight, with direct access to a stunning sandy beach well as other wonderful attractions on your doorstep.

On entering Beach Reach you are straight into the light and airy T-shaped living area and looking straight through onto the deck and sand dunes through French doors across the entire width of the house. These open onto the large deck - great on warm summer evenings for bringing the outside in! The original 1920s open fireplace is a focal point of the living room with its white leather sofas and flat screen TV. To the left in this open plan area is a breakfast bar and beyond the fully fitted white gloss kitchen. To the right is the dining area with white gloss extending table and chairs to seat eight people. Off the living area is a double bedroom and a hallway leading to another ground floor bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds. Plus, the downstairs modern shower room. Original 1920s period stairs lead to the master bedroom which has a white French style bed and matching furniture, a balcony with sea views, and an en-suite shower room. The garden is completely decked and offers a BBQ, all-weather sofas/chair/table, an outside dining table and chairs, sun loungers and parasols. A gate opens onto your own little path over the dunes onto the stunning sandy beach.

Greatstone has lots to offer, especially its beautiful, little-known, sandy beach. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway (rhdr) is located just a short drive away and the tracks run through the village of Greatstone. Nearby Dungeness is one of only four areas recognised as High Nature Conservation Value in Kent. The medieval town of Rye is about 15 miles away and has lots for visitors to explore for the day whether you are looking for boutique shops or quaint tea rooms. Other places to visit include Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and you can enjoy the Hythe Festival in July, Rye Arts and Music Festival in September or the Canterbury Multi-Arts Festival in October. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
