Coombe Wood Coach House receives glowing feedback for its spacious, well-equipped accommodation and welcoming hosts. Guests particularly enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful grounds with animals, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The location is praised for its peaceful setting and proximity to a friendly local pub and attractions. Minor issues, such as the absence of a downstairs toilet and occasional maintenance points, were noted but did not detract from the overall experience. The property is highly recommended for families and groups seeking a relaxing countryside retreat.
Cleanliness is consistently praised, with multiple guests describing the property as spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Only one minor mention of a few dirty glasses was noted, but this did not impact the overall positive impression.
The location is highly regarded for its tranquillity, scenic views, and easy access to local attractions and a welcoming pub within walking distance. Guests appreciated the peaceful countryside setting and convenient transport links.
Guests found the house spacious and comfortable, with ample room for large groups and families. Comfortable beds, reclining sofas, and a relaxing atmosphere were frequently mentioned, contributing to a restful stay.
Facilities such as the hot tub, cinema screen, games, and outdoor space were highly valued. Some minor maintenance issues (e.g., hot tub parts, games barn unavailable) were mentioned but did not significantly affect enjoyment.
Guests repeatedly mentioned thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs, treats, and flowers. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.
