A unique designer beach house, originally a WWC pumping station, situated on the private Dungeness estate
PS1 was built during World War 2 as a pumping station to send fuel though undersea pipes to France to support the D-Day landings. It has now been converted into a fabulous, designer beach house with two en-suite bedrooms.
The spacious open plan living area offers a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a large dining table and comfortable seating around a log fire, and the light streams in through five floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the nature reserve on your doorstep.
This unique shingle spit stretches 3 miles into the English Channel and offers spectacular sunrises and sunsets, a photographers and walkers paradise, in all weathers.
