Guests appreciated the comfortable accommodation and thoughtful touches, such as welcome goodies, though some noted issues with damp and cleanliness. The property is best suited for couples or small groups seeking peace and quiet, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.

Several guests mentioned issues with damp, mould, and dust, particularly in the bathroom and bedroom, though the kitchen was noted as clean by one reviewer.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, cliffs, and local attractions, offering beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. However, the unmade access road may be challenging for low vehicles.

Guests found the cottage comfortable and well-equipped, but some experienced discomfort due to damp and mould, which affected their stay.

The cottage is described as well-equipped and suitable for two, but would benefit from improved bathroom ventilation and general maintenance to address damp and mould.

Guests appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches such as welcome goodies (milk, eggs, etc.), though these are not guaranteed for every stay.

Maria and Michael couldn’t have been more welcoming! The little touches do make such a difference and we appreciated the milk eggs etc so very much. It is a small apartment which is perfect for us and our cat. The local area has incredible views! We had day trips to Broadstairs, Deal and Folkestone while we were there. Sherlock the dog is so very friendly! Our son even had some impromptu DIY with their boy which made the trip even more special. If you are after peace and quiet this area is definitely for you. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for your perfect hospitality

We had a great time in the lovely Headland cottage. To start off, the owners put in a lot of effort to ensure a pleasant welcome. We were lucky to be greeted in person and they are lovely people full of great recommendations. The walks above the cottage along the cliffs are stunning and the pub by the beach was fun and the food delicious. The cottage is very very comfortable and well equipped. Also, our dog befriended Sherlock, the owner's labrador, and so everybody had a great time.

The cottage would benefit from ventilation in the bathroom as steam following a shower caused the cottage to feel damp The duvet cover in the bedroom was stained with oil.
