This beautiful luxury house is a stone’s throw from the beach and a very short drive away from some lovely pubs, restaurants and cafés in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury. The house is very well finished and offers enough room for a family gathering of multiple generations. with plenty to do on your doorstep and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, this property is perfect for a seaside holiday yet still offers the busy towns and cities of the surrounding areas such as Whitstable, and Canterbury, known for its famous cathedral and shopping precinct.
The House itself has a large lawned garden which offers a mediterranean feel, perfect for a family barbecue and drinks whilst the kids play games. Situated on a very quiet no through road. Beach 300 yards.

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at the Palms for our wedding anniversary and birthday. The Palms was an ideal property for exploring the surrounding area with excellent links to explore Dover Castle, Canterbury and a lovely walk along the beach with our dog into Whitstable where there are so many establishments that are dog friendly. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and feels like home from home. A very secure garden if you are taking a dog. Excellent welcome pack with all the essentials. Gill, the owner is fantastic and couldn't do more to make sure you have the perfect stay and quickly responds to any queries. Would highly recommend the Palms and already booked for next year.

We had a good holiday but the property does need a few tweeks Sofas too low -uncomfortable to sit on. Carpet in bathrooms is a no no. Extractor or air freshener in bathroom and in the front bedroom repositioning the basin would be a big improvement. Overall we enjoyed our week.
