This detached property was built in 2021 to a very high standard with bespoke furniture and underfloor heating downstairs. The property itself is fitted out to make sure you feel at home whilst offering the luxurious holiday you all deserve. Located next to the owner’s home, it is a lovely spacious house with private secluded garden, ideal for an evening BBQ and drinks.
The lovely beaches of Whitstable are 700 yards away and offer plenty to do from pubs, bars and restaurants to cafés and arcades.
Whitstable Castle, Beach and Tankerton Slopes are a 3 minute walk away. With brilliant transport links right outside the property, you can venture further afield into Canterbury, famous for it’s incredible cathedral or a historic trip to the Roman ruins of Reculver which are only 20 minutes away. You can also visit Margate for its golden sandy beaches only 25 minutes away.
Whitstable offers good trains connections to London, also as a alternative option to visit France for the day is easily accessible with regular ferry crossing between Dover to Calais in France. The property it’s 5 minutes away driving to the whitstable station

Wow what a lovely house . Ed and Gavin have made this a home ,the attention to detail in every room goes above and beyond to make it feel like home from home and not just a holiday home . They have put a lot of thought and detail into the "Coach House "to make your stay special , this house is very special in every way . Every thing you need is there plus lots more extras . The beds are very comfortable making it a good night sleep to tackle the following day sight seeing, to come back to the house and relax in the garden ,once again Ed and Gavin have put a lot of thought into the garden adding seating areas around wherever the sun might be. Ed and Gavin live next they just let you get on with it , but are there if needed . They are both lovely people . House in great location , from the house to the left 15min walk is Whitstable, across the road is the sea front with some lovely walks and eating places, to the right 5 minute walk you are in tankerton high street with shops and eateries . The welcome pack in the room and fridge was amazing (thankyou both,) and the welcome card ,again a lot of thought had been put into it . Parking just outside the house also a bonus . Our stay at the Coach House was PERFECT and if in the area again would definitely stay there . Would highly recommend the Coach House .

The Coach House is simply fabulous. Beautifully presented and furnished, fully equipped for self catering and visiting nearby beaches. Lovely pergola for eating outdoors and a safe haven for electric bikes behind a closed garden gate. Greeted with a welcome hamper (rather than pack) and more in the fridge. Nothing is too much trouble for the host who is obliging and an excellent communicator. To our surprise nearby Tankerton also has some good cafes and restaurants.

We can’t recommend The Coach House highly enough. This has been our third visit and hopefully there will be many more. It’s a beautiful hidden gem . The house is wonderfully furnished with everything you could need for a lovely holiday and more. The courtyard is perfect with lovely seating areas all the way round so that you are always sure to catch some sun. It’s in the perfect location, easy walking distance into the town and to the beach and although it’s in the heart of everything it still feels very private and peaceful.Ed and Gavin are excellent hosts, and Ed could not make you feel more welcome and cared for. We truly never stayed anywhere better.
