Enclosed garden with garden furniture and small barbecue. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. This detached property was built in 2021 to a very high standard with bespoke furniture and underfloor heating downstairs. The property itself is fitted out to make sure you feel at home whilst offering the luxurious holiday you all deserve. Located next to the owner’s home, it is a lovely spacious house with private secluded garden, ideal for an evening BBQ and drinks.

The lovely beaches of Whitstable are 700 yards away and offer plenty to do from pubs, bars and restaurants to cafés and arcades.

Whitstable Castle, Beach and Tankerton Slopes are a 3 minute walk away. With brilliant transport links right outside the property, you can venture further afield into Canterbury, famous for it’s incredible cathedral or a historic trip to the Roman ruins of Reculver which are only 20 minutes away. You can also visit Margate for its golden sandy beaches only 25 minutes away.

Whitstable offers good trains connections to London, also as a alternative option to visit France for the day is easily accessible with regular ferry crossing between Dover to Calais in France. The property it’s 5 minutes away driving to the whitstable station

    Perfect stay. Ed and Gavin were welcoming and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The nicest, personalised welcome pack, provided information about the area, and the house was clean and comfortable with every provision thought of so we could enjoy our stay. The garden is a fully enclosed, wrap around space, completely dog and child friendly. All garden and beach equipment provided for, no need to even bring a bucket and spade! The house is immaculately finished with 2 bedrooms, 1 can be configured as a twin or a double with Juliet balcony. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

    The photographs speak for themselves, but I would highlight the excellent location. Private parking at the front gate, the property is not overlooked. It is very quiet. At the end of the road, go straight across and it's 150 yards to the clifftop. Turn right and a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops of Tankerton. Turn left, and it's about 10 minutes walk into Whitstable. There is also a frequent bus service running between Herne Bay and Canterbury
