Guests appreciate the dog-friendly features, including a large field and enclosed outdoor area. The hosts are frequently described as welcoming and helpful, and the cottage is ideal for couples or small groups seeking a quiet getaway. While some mention steep stairs and a small bathroom sink, the overall experience is highly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with multiple guests describing the cottage as 'very clean', 'ultra clean', and 'well maintained'. No significant negative comments were made regarding cleanliness.

The location is frequently praised for its convenience to local towns, beaches, and attractions, as well as its peaceful setting. A minor mention of road noise was noted, but overall, guests found the location excellent for exploring the area.

Guests generally found the cottage comfortable and well-suited for two people. Some noted issues with steep stairs, a small bathroom sink, and an uncomfortable sofa bed, but these did not detract significantly from the overall comfort.

Facilities are described as comprehensive, with a well-equipped kitchen, secure parking, and outdoor seating. The property is well maintained, though a few guests mentioned the small sink and steep stairs as minor drawbacks.

Several guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack, bottle of Prosecco, and dog treats. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, future guests should not expect them as standard.

Lovely cottage in good location. Hampton pier and Canoe Wild made great trips out. There’s a main road nearby which gives a steady hum, but pretty location. Cottage joined to Elm next door so bit close to neighbours! Nice Prosecco and dog treat on arrival. Sofa bed is not comfortable - would not recommend booking if you need to use. Stairs are steep to upstairs bedroom. Beautiful sunsets looking back at cottage. Sort of dog for friendly - small grass field outside cottage but not enclosed and need to be on lead. Dogs can’t be left alone either. Dogs not allowed upstairs or on sofa. Laminate floor can be slippy for older dogs. Pebble garden too, grass would be better.
