We had a lovely 4-night stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and we felt very welcome. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Just returned from 4 nights at oak, very clean property, lovely garden and good to use the field in front of the property, would have liked some grass in the property as my dog found the gravel in the property hard to walk on, if you have any disabilities with walking this cottage not for you as the stairs were hard to manage, we had to sleep on the pull out sofa, which is very uncomfortable, but made the most of it, the property is a nice cottage other than that. Would go there again due to this and was a long journey. Also vèy hard to find directions need updating.

Tricky to find, so used What three words. Owners very welcoming. Property clean, everything you needed equipment wise. Great outdoor space. Small garden very private, with a field to excercise your dog if you take one or to walk round to watch the sunsetting. Great location to visit Canterbury, Herne Bay and other places of interest. Welcome pack appreciated - bottle of water, bottle of Prosecco and a dog treat. Not to be picky but would have preferred coffee, tea and a bottle of milk to have a drink on arrival. Lovely property, would stay again.
