About this Bed and Breakfast
Conveniently set a few miles southeast of Canterbury, our charming period guest house offers easy access to the countryside of Kent, the ferry ports at Dover and the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone. We are also well placed for families visiting the beaches of the North Kent Coast.

Our range of accommodation includes a two bedroom family suite which can sleep up to four, four double ensuite rooms and a twin room. All are well equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV with Freeview, radio/ clock/ alarm, complimentary toiletries, a work desk and double glazing.
Check in time is from 2pm to 8pm and check out time is by 11am. Other check in/ out times may be available by prior arrangement.
Breakfast
Enjoy a traditional cooked breakfast made from local produce or a range of other options including smoked haddock and poached egg, whole smoked kipper, home made muesli, fruit juice, cereals, fruit and toast with home made jam.
