Ideal to keep the conversation flowing even if you're all in different rooms! It's the perfect place to spend quality time together whether you're watching TV, cooking or making plans for the next day.

To top it all, there's a third bedroom in the attic which would be a haven for the children; a true play den area under the eaves complete with a huge selection of games, books, DVD’s and toys to choose from and watch the city skies through the skylight. Children will love this area and spend hours here, it even benefits from a WC too; how convenient!

An ideal place for a city break, why not stroll to the Great Stour River, or enjoy a visit to Westgate Gardens, which is only a 2 minute walk away.
