Hawthorne is a lovingly restored Grade II listed cottage in Preston-next-Wingham. Canterbury is only a 20 minute drive away and day trips to France are possible with the nearby ferry port at Dover or the Channel Tunnel at Ashford. The property lies close to the owner's home amongst a 21 acre farm. The Saxon Shore Way, a great long distance walking route can be joined by taking a stroll through the farm's orchards.

The cottage has a spacious living room with an electric fire in an original brick fireplace, luxury Italian-tiled floor and a door to the garden. The beamed kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, oven, hob, and dining room that seats six.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in bedroom, suitable for wheelchair access. On the first floor are two bedrooms; a double and a twin.
