About this Pub Accommodation

Enjoy a relaxing break to Kent and stay at our welcoming pub serving the finest local produce and offering a contemporary range of guest accommodation. Beautiful walks, cycle trails and horse rides can be found in the surrounding area and we are conveniently situated a short drive from the historic attractions of Canterbury.

We have four double or twin guest rooms at the inn which all feature an ensuite with power shower. In room facilities include a work desk, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and a hospitality tray. Contact us if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay.

A traditional cooked breakfast is included in our room prices and we can also deliver it to your room for breakfast in bed.

Our restaurant is open throughout the day and we serve special dishes for children along with a weekly Sunday lunch. Check out our daily specials boards or try our four course tasting menu with options including scallops, beef, a pre-dessert and Marathon chocolate dessert. A great choice of wines, ales, beers and spirits can be served with your meal and we have a bar seating area.

We are situated around a fifteen minute drive from Canterbury, thirty minutes from Dover and 25 minutes drive from Sandwich.

Children over four years old are welcome in our accommodation. Please note we do not accept pets. 

Directions

From Canterbury

At Saint George’s Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A257, signposted Sandwich/Dover. At traffic signals turn left onto the A257, signposted Sandwich. At St Augustines roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A257, signposted Sandwich. After 3 miles at crossroads turn left onto Nargate Street opposite The Anchor. We have a small Duke William sign here. Continue on road for ¾ mile then turn left onto Dill lane, at the end turn right onto The Street… You can’t miss us!
