I'd like to rate this as excellent as the position, layout and ambience of the property were top notch. What let it down was the cleaning. Dirty crockery, cutlery and glasses in cupboard; greasy kettle, cooker hood and oven; grubby bedside rugs; old half used products from previous tenants lurking, including half a tube of toothpaste, old shampoo and wipes, crystallised jar of honey etc; dirty loo seat and stained shower glass. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of trouble to provide a top quality flat but the presentation badly let it down.

There was an issue with hot water, we found that ut ran out even though we only had quick showers.
