Despite the overall cleanliness and modern look of the apartment we encountered several problems which we found disappointing and exasperating.1 - There were only three saucepans and one frying pan. The roasting tin had foil in which when removed revealed peeling enamel. This apartment was supposed to be fully equipped for three people, self-catering. We were there for Christmas and without even a casserole dish to put in the oven we found cooking to be difficult.2 - There were plenty of non-matching tumblers but just four wine glasses - too few as we prefer to drink different wines out of different glasses! We have stayed in many different places at a lower cost which supplied proper glasses and crockery.3 - While we appreciated the parking space, I think it is important to warn the tenants that the space is both very small and extremely difficult to access with any large car. I have a 7 seater and found it quite difficult. Had all the spaces been in use I am unsure if there would have been sufficient room to manoeuvre.Generally we consider that the minimum was provided but that the flat was so small that it felt cramped and uncomfortable, This was a shame as we had high expectations and had spent more than we usually do to get a higher standard.

Apartment spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. Location close to the centre of Canterbury but beautifully quiet.Suggest that directions to car parking space and bin area could be a lot clearer.
