Perfectly located for Canterbury and North / East / South East Kent. Well equipped and cosy cottage in a very quiet location. Local pub is less than 5 minutes walk away and very nice. Great value for money.

A lovely cosy cottage with friendly, helpful owner. Rosa, our cockerpoo, felt particularly welcomed. It’s a great base for exploring Kent by bus and car, with some fabulous walks nearby.

his location might not seem ideal for some, but I'd say it's a great point to starting a visit in the UK, especially for folks coming over from the continent. It's a very quick bus ride into Canterbury, saving on parking costs and hassles. From there you can easily use public transport to explore other areas. Furthermore it's close to the motorway and access to the ferries and Chunnel, yet you wouldn't know it because you can't hear it from it's location! It was a pleasant cottage with all the amenities of a small comfy home. Very dog friendly, our host gave us welcome dog treats and poo bags, and gave the humans some tea bags and coffee. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Kent, or for others wanting a convenient yet peaceful and friendly place to stay.
