Here, you can also take a traditional steam train journey on the Kent and East Sussex Railway. The property lies just a mile from the northeastern outskirts of the High Weald National Landscape, offering miles of breathtaking countryside for you to explore, a drive around Frittenden is recommended. The area is known for its scenic walks and is home to some of England’s finest vineyards. Local attractions include the winery estate of Chapel Down, the 14th-century Bodiam Castle, and the stunning Sissinghurst Castle Garden, all within 12 miles.

This large annexe is attached to the owner’s home but is completely private and separate. From the main lounge, doors open out and lead you to the pretty patio which has ample garden furniture, offering a relaxing spot for dining alfresco on a sunny afternoon. Just opposite, there’s a delightful bathhouse – cold water only, so perfect for guests enjoying an exhilarating plunge. Allocated off-road parking is available for two cars on the owner’s private drive, which is ideally situated behind secure electric gates.
