Located on the outskirts of the pretty Kent village of Rolvenden, this holiday cottage is within easy reach of a popular local pub, The Bull Inn. This stunning pocket of the Kent countryside is home to many quaint villages where independent cafés, restaurants and antiques shops can be found. For those looking to soak up a bit of local culture during their stay, nearby Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens and Great Dixter House and Gardens are both well worth a visit. The accommodation is approached via an external staircase that leads up to the first floor. The front door opens into the spacious open plan lounge/ kitchen/diner which features breathtaking interior design. Wooden flooring pairs with exposed beams and ceiling trusses to create a truly spectacular space. Please note there is a low beam in the lounge. The bespoke kitchen is flooded with light from two Velux windows above and features wooden and granite worktops, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals, step between two vertical beams to reach the round dining table that sits in the window beneath a stylish pendant light. In the opposite corner, a cosy seating area has been created with a comfortable striped sofa, coffee table and fully stocked magazine basket. The beautiful master bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. Please note there is a low threshold into the bedroom. The serene en suite shower room has a power shower and WC, stylish units, and exposed beams. Outside, garden chairs and a table sit within a pretty private garden area, a peaceful spot to enjoy an al fresco meal or drink.
