No smoking.. Renovated in 2019, this single-storey stable offers a great choice for families and couples. Lords View is located in the small village of Ruckinge, near Ashford, and is set within the owners impressive 200 acres comprising of scenic public footpath walks and part of a working farm with chickens and occasionally sheep. With the living room and one of the bedrooms having patio doors, you can enjoy direct access to the garden area. Modern décor flows throughout with lots of large windows creating a wonderful light and airy atmosphere, accompanied by tasteful soft furnishings and gorgeous oak furniture. Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, there are three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, and two with twin beds, and there is a sofa bed in the living room for flexible sleeping arrangements too.
Admire the countryside views with two of the bedrooms looking out over the beautiful setting. Lords View welcomes dogs and encourages you to take lots of family walks and bike rides in this gorgeous setting. For a day out, head to nearby Port Lympne family zoo, the beaches at Dymchurch and in Romney Marsh, take the high speed train into London, alternatively, why not take the Eurostar from Ashford Station to France or Belgium for the day? Ruckinge is a small quiet village with more amenities available in the next village of Ham Street, 3 miles. Lords View has great access to the nearby wedding venues of Odo’s Barn and Bilsington Priory, should you have an event to attend to. Beach 7 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

2nd visit. Spotless .comfy beds .everything u could pos need .So private and cosy .lovely garden a bit area .l9vely views over the countryside. Peter and family are so welcoming . Sam the nutcase dog waited for my husband when he went out on cycle and run along beside him .such a lovely friendly dog ..I would strongly recommend that you visit .u like us will be back .

Lord's View is amazing! The hosts are lovely and knowledgeable about the area including the wildlife! As you turn in the the Farmers yard you may think 🤔 but when you go around the corner....Just WOW! A beautiful Cottage lays in wait with the most amazing landscape. The Cottage itself is bigger than you think, the Kitchen frontroom combo is such a great communal area. The Cottage has everything you will need and has been well stocked. This has a lovely walk from Cottage to Canal. The Binder has some info in it like, nearest Supermarket, beach etc which is handy. The Cottage is a great base to explore from with a lot of things within a 25 minute drive. Will we 100% go back to this charming, relaxed location.

We had a wonderful week. Lords View is a little piece of heaven in this hectic world! We loved to sit outsite, listen to the birds or gaze at the stars. So peaceful.The owner and his dog are ver vriendly.Good location to visit different places in Kent and also good to walk.
