We are also pleased to offer a superb range of facilities for weddings, an award winning restaurant and excellent conference facilities.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Our accommodation is set in three beautiful period buildings - a cart barn conversion, stable conversion and former Kentish Ragstone oast house.
Oak Tree Cottage is set 300 metres from the main function room and houses The Sandringham Room and Discovery Suite. The Sandringham Room has a hand made oak door, king size bed, seating area with Freeview TV and bathroom with shower attachment. The Discovery Suite is set at the front of the building and has a four poster bedroom, separate lounge and bathroom with feature roll top bath. The bathroom also has an amazing freestanding shower.
Pond Cottage is a single storey building with the Pippin, Bramley and Lambourne Rooms. Pippin is a single bedroom with additional day bed and The Bramley Room offers flexible twin or king size double accommodation. The ensuite in the Bramley Room offers lovely views over the horse paddocks. The Lambourne Room offers lovely views over the pond and can be presented with either a set of twins or one king size bed.
The Oast Rooms are full of original features and include The Russet Room which can be offered as king-size or twin accommodation. This room also has a seating area and contemporary bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The Laxton Room is accessed via its own entrance and has a beautiful arched doorway, sleeping area with king size bed and a bathroom with large bath and separate shower.
The Blenheim Suite is our beautiful four poster accommodation which is particularly suitable as a bridal suite. There is a charming Queen Anne bed, sleigh wardrobe, seating area with Freeview TV and two bathrooms including one with a custom made round bath. Adjacent is a second bathroom with power shower.

Around and About
We are situated close to the M20 motorway between Ashford and Maidstone.
Directions
Leave the M20 at junction 8 proceed along the slip-road to the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Ashford A20. Proceed over the next 3 roundabouts towards Ashford A20. Follow the A20 through Harrietsham & Lenham. Follow to the large roundabout (the Swan Public House and Peony Chinese restaurant are on the right). At the Charing roundabout take the 3rd exit (i.e. straight over). Take the first right (just before the traffic lights) sign-posted Pluckley / Smarden. Follow the road through Charing, continue until you reach the top of the hill in Pluckley.
Continue down the hill, at the bottom of the hill the road bears left, start looking right. Take the right signposted A274 Biddenden/Headcorn. Proceed and take the next right. Follow the road, past the Rose and Crown Pub on the left. Continue until you reach a triangle of grass "Pembles Cross" which will be on your right.
Stay on the road you are on (follow the second Headcorn 4 miles sign). This road bears sharply left. We are half a mile from the left hand bend on the left hand side. There is a green and gold "Frasers of Coldharbour" sign at the bottom of the drive. Proceed along the drive past the front of the main farm-house. The road bears left, continue past the Oast House and then turn right into the gravel car-park.
