An excellent cottage in beautiful countryside. Silent at night (apart from tawny owls calling) and despite the rural location it is only a short drive to main roads. We felt very welcome and the cottage was well equipped.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage has everything you need and more. Close to the cottage are sheep, cows and chickens. You hardly hear them but the kids loved going to see them every day. The land surrounding the cottage is lovely and the host is very friendly and helpful. What stood out for us was the spaceousness and all the amenities. We would love to come back someday!

Just had a really comfortable and much needed rest at Cowslip. Great base for visiting around Kent. Boys Hall excellent for a special meal. Fantastic views from Devils Kneading Trough, particularly at sunset. Thank you for a great week.
