Garden: Fully enclosed and private with lawns and patio area and direct access to orchards and fields. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Parking: Directly beside the barn on paved drive.

Heating: The barn is exceptionally well insulated so is cosy with heating by oil filled radiators plus electric feature stove.

Also Provided: There is a freezer and tumble dryer available in the adjacent garage. 

Notes: The twin beds are not zip'n link and duvets supplied are singles. There is a fully enclosed pond behind the cottage.
