It is a beautiful and comfortable cottage. Very private with a great views and a nice tennis court. Also very clean and well equipped. Only a few remarks that make the rating not excellent:(1) The ceilings are very low, so people over 1.80m could bump their head with every step. Perhaps include a small note.(2) Your website claims the swimming pool should is open from May till September. But actually (confirmed by the owner) the pool only opens end of May. I think this should be clear, it was a disappointment to us.(3) Taking a shower is cumbersome as the water pressure is not high enough to stand up and get wet. You need to sit in the bath and try to get wet.

Prospect Cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. The owners kindly left a Christmas tree, mince pies and other little touches to welcome us. But we would have appreciated a basic 'welcome pack' containing, matches, candles, dish cloth, washing up liquid and salt and pepper.

One of the best we ever had in England. Highly recommended!
