Hill View is a detached pristine barn with country charm set in 4 acres of unspoilt woodland and natural pasture in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the grounds of the owner’s home. A place where you can enjoy birdsong, wild flowers and the beautiful countryside of Kent Downs.

The barn has been finished to an extremely high standard, with exposed beams and charming country furniture and furnishing welcoming you to the large open plan living and dining area. A feeling of space, light and warmth prevails throughout and extends into the well-appointed bedrooms and luxurious bathroom complete with a beautiful roll top bath on the 1st floor. An ideal space for a long soak after having enjoyed gorgeous country walks along one of the many footpaths surrounding the barn.

Sunny days can be enjoyed outside on the private terrace followed by exploring the magnificent countryside. Spoil yourself with some alfresco dining or a BBQ on your return. All the sought after home comforts are here in this warm and comfortable self-catering barn, designed also with colder days in mind including underfloor heating, televisions in both the lounge and master bedroom and a plentiful supply of books, games, magazines and DVDs to entertain yourself.
