The coastal route is a nice place to go for a bike ride or a walk. Tennyson Down and Headon Warren are just a short drive away.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to Sandhard Beach, and 7 minutes to drive to Colwell Bay, which has a sandy beach and plenty of family activities.

Crab fishing is also excellent at the pier and sailing club jetty in Yarmouth.

Go to Compton Bay, four miles away, which is known for its dinosaur remains. Look for the two giant three-toed feet there at low tide.
