Sail Loft, is set within a converted boathouse, situated on the beach and coastal path, within walking distance of the town of Yarmouth, on the Isle of Wight. This is a lovely open plan apartment that has a light and airy open plan living area, with large windows and a Juliet balcony which overlooks the beach and sea. The living area consists of a sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen area, plus this apartment has two bedrooms - one double and one twin. Sail Loft also has its very own private slipway, perfect for launching your own boat. Next to this cottage apartment is a licensed cafe and the nearest shops and pubs are in Yarmouth, a 10 minute stroll away. Sail Loft is an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight.

Note: Property has direct access to the beach; children should be supervised. Note: Swimming is discouraged outside the apartment due to the strong tide and currents.

Yarmouth, the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, is a bustling seaside town that welcomes all kinds of boats and ferries to its harbour. The town has wonderful narrow streets and a delightful range of shops and inns. An essential attraction to visit is Henry viii's castle and amongst the many other activities that can be enjoyed are cycling and walking along the coastal path and a walk across to the nearby Tennyson Down. Watersports enthusiasts should head to the beaches at Colwell and Totland Bays. Further afield, the towns of Newport and Ryde are well worth visiting.Yarmouth suits all tastes and is a perfect base.
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
