With direct access to the coastal path and the water’s edge, it is situated in Fort Victoria Country Park which is a beautiful area of quiet and peaceful coastal woodland with nature trails, wildlife ponds and a fossil-rich shoreline making for fabulous local walks from the house. The charming and historic harbour town of Yarmouth is 1.5 miles away with its wide selection of interesting shops, inns and eateries and some of the oldest architecture on the Isle of Wight, including a 16th-century castle. Five miles west are the Needles – an iconic series of chalk cliffs rising dramatically from the sea. Nearby beaches include Colwell, Totland and Alum Bays with Freshwater Bay and Compton Bay on the south coast just a 10-15 minute drive away on the south coast. The county town of Newport, 11 miles away, is also easily accessible.

Park at the rear of this coastal home and walk through the back garden to your main entrance. Once inside, the hallway has a handy WC, and two half-staircases.
