Ventnor is a charming town situated on the South Coast of the Island. It is claimed to be one of the warmest areas of the Island. The seafront is home to a selection of cafes, interesting independent shops, amusements, harbour and a beautiful sandy beach – perfect for entertaining the whole family.
Just a short drive away is one of the prettiest places on the Island, Steephill Cove. Situated just south of Ventnor, Steephill Cove is a traditional, unspoilt fishing cove with a safe, sandy beach, nestled between rocky cliffs and smugglers' coves.
A short drive along the coast is the popular seaside resort of Shanklin. Here, the seafront is the focal point and features several eating establishments and pubs. Shanklin Old Village is a small part of Shanklin itself and contains some of the oldest dwellings, the majority of them thatched. It is on a slightly lower level than the town of Shanklin and is famous for its small gift shops and tea rooms.

A perfect stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect hosts who not only were welcoming and friendly and went beyond our expectations, but also gave us the privacy and the peace and quite we were looking for. Thank you hope to stay again soon!
