Immaculately presented apartment in an elevated position above the charming Victorian seaside town of Ventnor.. Steps to entrance.

Living room: With open fire, Smart TV with Netflix, Blu-ray player, bluetooth stereo speaker and a selection of DVDs and board games.
Kitchen/dining room: With double electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and patio doors leading to decked area.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. . Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Large enclosed decked area with garden furniture. 14 downward steps to entrance of the property. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. In a quiet location, accessed at street level with steps down to the front door, this wonderful apartment boasts panoramic views across the English Channel.
On entering the apartment into the contemporary well-equipped kitchen you’ll be struck by how light it is and those fantastic views will be the first thing you’ll want to take a closer look at.
The living area has a large picture window and open fire for those cosy winter evenings. Patio doors from the dining area open out onto the large south-facing decked terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast while appreciating those views. The views continue in the master bedroom which also has a large picture window, and the second bedroom is a twin.
There’s allocated parking for two cars and on road parking, Ventnor harbour and town is just 15 minutes’ walk. Ventnor beach and the coast have won awards for cleanliness and has charmed visitors for generations. The town’s steep hills are dotted with Edwardian and Victorian houses and walkers will enjoy the coastal path to Bonchurch.
