The welcome pack was very generous, the apartment was warm and well equipped and the beds comfortable. It was fairly easy to get to the rest of the Island.

Some previous visitors used the guest book to report maintenance issues. We woyld rather have a seperate book to let owners know of anything that needs repairing, is faulty, would benefit from a minor upgrade or just needs new bulb etc.. We would have benefited from instructions on the use of the heating thermostat. A hook to hang dressing gown in small shower room would be helpful. Outside lamp not working. We could not get BBC 1 or2 on the lounge telly. The kichen is well equiped and bathrooms are both very nice too.The welcome hamper was very generous. Thank you

It has been well thought out and the space is quirky and cute at the same time. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped and we had a lovely welcoming basket. We sadly had issues with WightFibre digging up the path outside The Snug from Monday-Thursday on an evening. We tried to contact Sykes to ask why we weren’t warned and WightFibre were adamant that they had told all residents. Tuesday night was awful with very loud roadworks until 1am. It was so bad that we looked at somewhere else to stay for the rest of the break. Being told about the roadworks prior to our stay would have been helpful as 2 evenings were spoilt by noise and made relaxing impossible. Such a shame as we really needed rest!
