Yarmouth (3 miles) offers charming harbour views, boutique shops, cafés and excellent restaurants, while The Needles landmark (1.5 miles) and Alum Bay provide some of the island’s most iconic scenery. Fort Victoria Country Park (2.5 miles) is also nearby, offering woodland walks, sea views and a historic coastal fort. With beaches, restaurants and beautiful coastal landscapes all within easy reach, Colwell Bay is the perfect base for exploring the west of the Isle of Wight.

The deck features outdoor seating and an electric BBQ, creating a lovely space for outdoor living during warmer months as well as being able to take in the glorious, far-reaching sea views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, alfresco lunches or a glass of wine at sunset after a beach walk. The beach is just a short stroll from the property, making it easy to enjoy spontaneous swims, beach walks and sunset views over the Solent. Parking is available at the property for one car.
