The house is recently built, and is conveniently laid out and furnished in a modern style, decorated with family living in mind. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, so if it’s your turn to cook you won’t miss out on all the fun! From the dining area, patio doors lead outside, where there’s a table and chairs for those warmer evenings.
You’ll find one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor (bagsy this one for the zip and link twin beds which can be super kingsize bed on request!) and two further bedrooms upstairs. There’ll be no fighting over the bathroom either, with a family bathroom upstairs, and a shower room on the ground floor.
Outside, the enclosed back garden provides plenty of space for the kids to let off steam after a day at the beach whilst you unwind with a glass of wine. At the front of the house, the driveway has space for three cars.
The zoo, Dinosaur Isle, the pier, esplanade and a plethora of beachside cafés overlooking the golden sandy beaches are all within walking distance, making this the perfect spot for an adventure packed family getaway.

The outside picture online made the front garden look at least twice the length that it was, not sure why.The dishwasher worked okay but steam escaped from the top and a replacement would be beneficial. The oven seal wasn’t great either, although we cooked okay a few times.Overall the accommodation was beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped and we had a good time.

What a great house. Super clean, fabulously equipped, amazing location just 5 mins from the best beach, friendly communicative host and caretakers, we loved it so much we have booked to return next year. This is what you want from a holiday home.

Having stayed at the property for a number of years mostly due to its location, I now feel it is starting to look tiered. The lounge furniture is very uncomfortable, the two double beds were hard in the middle the out door table had three different types of chairs. We don’t stay in much but the tvs are tiny anyway so you wouldn’t want to watch much. Some of the plates were chipped. The bath panel was loose and not clean along the top. It definitely needs some TLC.
