The property is praised for its cleanliness, prime location near the beach and amenities, and spaciousness. However, guests frequently mention noise from nearby construction and a hotel, as well as issues with comfort due to poor quality mattresses and pillows. Some guests noted the property felt unfinished with a lack of certain facilities and maintenance.
Guests consistently describe the property as clean and tidy upon arrival, indicating high standards of cleanliness. There were no significant complaints about the cleanliness, suggesting it is well-maintained.
The property's location is highly regarded for its proximity to the beach, children's play areas, and local attractions. However, the presence of nearby construction and noise from a hotel slightly detracts from the overall appeal.
While the property is appreciated for its generous room proportions, guests have repeatedly raised concerns about the comfort of the beds and pillows, suggesting that improvements are needed in this area.
The property is well-equipped in some areas, such as the kitchen, but guests have noted a lack of certain utensils, poor quality cutlery, and issues with the bed configurations. The presence of ongoing construction also impacts the facilities' rating.
There is insufficient information to assess the level of thoughtfulness as there are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the owners' consideration for guests' experiences.

It is in a great location. Within a 3 minute walk from the house and you are right onto the sea front with amazing views. There is also a children's park across the road and the town as some shops needed for essentials only a 10min walk away. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for a lovely stay.

Lounge also need seating for 6 or extra soft chair as have to sit at table?. Needs large bath sheets towels only small for kids. Otherwise great place been several times.

The main issue was the building works which are STILL going on . Every week day is like living on a building site with builders vans parked in every available space including outside the house . This should be explained at the time of booking so people are aware. The mattress in the main bedroom is appalling , really uncomfortable and so noisy when you turn over . Once again the towels are very small and not what we would call bath towels
