Enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views over the Solent and plenty of space for outdoor games in the five acres of land. A nature reserve, wonderful sandy beaches and historical properties can all be found nearby and the property offers access to a pebble beach through the grounds.

Ground floor, large entrance hall leading to drawing room with adjoining conservatory overlooking the sea, tv snug with wall mounted 42inch; flat screen TV, games room with pool table and tv, large kitchen/dining room with table French doors to terrace and sea beyond. The dining table has an extension and will seat 16 guests. Utility room. 

Kitchen facilities include an electric Aga, separate oven, hob, American style fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and laundry facilities.

Ground floor: Walk-in shower room and second downstairs cloakroom.

First floor, east wing, master bedroom with 5' bed with large en suite bathroom, roll top bath and walk-in shower, both rooms with spectacular sea views. Bedroom with 4' bed (suitable for one guest) with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, which also has a door to the landing. Large double bedroom with 6' bed with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower over. Study overlooking sea and garden.
First floor west wing, Two double bedrooms with 4'6 beds, double bedroom with 4'6 bed and single bed (suitable for two guests and can be used either as double or twin), bathroom with bath and shower over.
Second floor west wing, double bedroom with 4'6 bed with en suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Large bedroom with 3 single beds. All west wing rooms have full sea views.

Outdoor heated swimming pool - Pool heated between 1st May and end of September.

The property is heated by oil central heating and an additional open log fire in the drawing room. A cot and high chair can be provided for your children.
