Externally, the patio and enclosed rear garden can be accessed through double doors in the living area and features a table and four chairs, ideal for dining al fresco.
For a range of amenities the town of Wootton is close by, alternatively the popular seaside town of Ryde is a short drive away. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.

A brilliant week at Oak Barn starting with a warm welcome from our hosts, Karen & Karl. The barn had everything we needed and more and is ideally situated for exploring the island by car as well as being very handy for the bus to Ryde or Newport. The spacious garden would be ideal for children or dogs and despite mixed weather and being out every day, we did still manage a cup of tea outside a couple of days together with a slice or two of Karen’s delicious cake. Reading the visitors books we realised that many folk stay again and again and I suspect we will be joining the ranks!

Karen and Karl were wonderful hosts, very kind and very helpful advising us on where the visit and where they would recommend. This was a lovely, clean and modern barn that had everything we needed and we enjoyed every moment.We took our dog Molly and she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
