  I will start with our arrival.We were told we couldn't arrive untill 530 so we got the later ferry.We arrived around 6ish maybe a bit before we arrived into the room.We couldn't see a green sign but assumed it was ready as it was past the Designated time.We dropped our stuff off noticed as we entered the bin appeared dirty and the was a sticky cup mark next to the kettle. After several hours of travelling I went to use the toilet to find no toilet roll!!! The was also dirt on the towel rail as well as on the shower tray. We headed up to the entertainment to get some food again after traveling all day we were hungry.The app was easy to use and we ordered food.We asked the waiter informed us when we asked about toilet roll and when the shop was open too that it was closed. He did ask the security to come which they did promptly.They said they would get us some toilet roll and would ask the cleaners to come if they had time. He then apologised and stated that it was young school leavers that maybe didn't know how to clean properly...We enjoyed our meal and headed back As we were unpacking the toilet rolls arrived.The next morning we were able to go to the shop which had a limited selection due to a delayed delivery.But enough essentials we then went back to our room to find more dirty areas! There was a dead wasp on windowsill as well as a tea or coffee spilled behind the chair under the window sill there was also food under every sofa cushion so definitely wasn't cleaned. A lady arrived to ask how we were settling in. I explained the issues and she apologised and again said that they would send a cleaner if they could. She stated toilet roll wasn't included or expected? Someone did arrive but all the did was hoover under the sofas no other cleaning.The windows also weren't overall clean.The caravan itself was suitable for our needs and was comfortable the kitchen was enough for our needs as well as the fridge.I definitely think it would have been a push if there was 4 of us I think it was cramped with the 2 of us. The reception when texted was helped and responded to questioned when messaged.There was little to no interaction with the staff working they weren't overly engaging at all no check ins with the food. We had a couple of meals that weren't great cold dry missing ingredients but with the queue and wait wasn't worthwhile and most days we had a long day so just were hungry and wanted to eat. There wasn't alot of seating in the pub and was difficult on some nights to get seating. We also were unable to play bingo due to the cash machine not working for 4 days. I found it quite late the the adult entertainment didn't start untill 10pm there was alot of kids.The arcade although small had a good selection of games.We used the fish and chip ship one night and took it back to the room it was absolutely awful. The chips were soggy and didn't feel like they were cooked. The fish and sausages the batter was raw in the middle and the outside very dark so was obviously oil too hot old oil inedible and gave me and my partner a poorly tummy for several days.The pool was small no clear time. Table for sessions and the one we went to ended up being for 20 it was very strong of chlorine and again gave me an upset stomach.I understand it needs to be clean for covid. Overall I had a lovely time and the location was great the bay was beautiful. I think the cleaning could be improved as well as the communication.More advice on what to bring the fact that there was no towels no bath mats.The kettle itself was also completely full of limescale I needed to rinse it several times before it was useable. Overall I feel disappointed in the overall experience we paid a lot of money and for what we got i don't think that it was value for money.I would definitely visit Isle of Wight again but I don't think I would resist this site.

  Found bed a bit soft for our liking also caravan was very compact can't imagine 4 adults having much room
