Trafalgar offers an open plan living space on the ground floor, finished to an excellent standard. Built in 2023, this property features LED mood lighting. The living area has large bi-fold doors opening directly onto the garden, where you can enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets and beautiful countryside views. The dining area has seating for eight people, whilst the kitchen has atmospheric lighting including an island and breakfast bar. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the other three bedrooms have access to the bathroom and shower room. All shower rooms have walk-in rain showers.
The property is conveniently located and central to attractions, set back from the road leading to Newport and the village of Arreton, and the seaside resort of Ryde is about a 10-minute drive. Enjoy scenic walks locally, and other outdoor pursuits include birdwatching, cycling, horse riding, golf, and water sports. The property has direct access onto the lane at the bottom of the site, so you can walk with your family and your dog or cycle to Newport and the rest of the Isle of Wight via footpaths. Buses into Newport and Ryde are about 5 minutes away, to take you anywhere you want to go on the Island. Discover many attractions nearby including Arreton Barns, The Garlic Farm and Robin Hill Adventure Park. Also within easy driving distance is Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Blackgang Chine theme park, museums, vineyards, and wildlife centres. Pub within a mile.

We picked this cottage as we were walking the coast path and it was central in the island and convenient for pick-ups and drop-offs. Lovely large rooms, great for 4 couples sharing, with lots of bathrooms so no queues for the loo in the morning. Only critisisms were the sink in the downstairs bathroom was too small - it is obviously going to be used by the 2 downstairs bedrooms as their main bathroom so a full-sized sink would have been better, plus a shelf or cabinet to put toothbrushes etc on. The door was very stiff as well so the inside handle nearly detached itself while we were there. And the hedge outside could have been lower as it blocked the lovely view when sitting down. Plenty of room for a hot-tub as well - just saying!

Awesome house for a long weekend, upon arrival everything was as expected, clean and tidy, everything in its place with a nice information folder of local activities and amenitites, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and fresh, the living/dining/kitchen area was great for socialising with the rest of the house and was a homely and comfortable area to be in as well as being modern and well equipped! The BBQ on site was a nice touch and the parking was more than adequate for 4 cars with the additional roadside space! The actual compound was cozy and easy to find, only feedback being the junction sneaks up on you without much signage, but once in, the driveway was well laid and maintained and the hedges well trimmed while providing good privacy while the external signage made finding the exact house very easy. Overall great location, great property and would highly reccomend and return!
