Shoreside is a superb, detached house located 70 meters from the beach at Colwell Bay, situated on the western side of the Isle of Wight. With an outlook over the Solent, and within easy reach of a sandy stretch of beach at low tide, choose to relax and unwind in this beautiful, coastal setting. The property is tastefully decorated with quality soft furnishings and fittings which add charm to this coastal holiday home. From the sunny conservatory, you can sit with a book and enjoy fantastic views of The Solent watching the many watercraft and yachts as they sail by. Follow the stained-glass front door to a lovely family room on the left, with a wall-mounted TV and plenty of seating for you to kick back after a day at the beach. To the right is a more formal living room, with a large bay window which draws natural light into this comfortable room, with a roaring open fire it is perfect for a cold winter's night in. Rustle up a hearty meal in the contemporary-style kitchen and move through to the pleasant dining area to get-together around the table, where you'll find a beautiful dresser and wood burning stove adding warmth to the space. Stairs lead up to a landing showcasing a large pool table and a door leading out to a balcony, with sea views for you to enjoy with your morning coffee. At the end of a day exploring the local region, you can rest in a choice of two king-size double rooms, with a beautiful coastal theme continuing though out. Both have sea views, from which you can watch the sun set over the Solent. There are a further two bedrooms, ideal for those traveling with children and there is a beautifully spacious bathroom upstairs as an alternative to the ground floor bathroom, so you have plenty of space to soak in a bubble bath or wake up under a refreshing shower. Outside is an enclosed front garden with a lawn for the children to run around. Relax on the outside deck in the front garden, with views over The Solent out to the Hurst Castle Lighthouse. You also have plenty of off-road parking. There are a selection of shops, pubs and eateries nearby, among glorious coastal scenery. The Hut is a laid-back beach restaurant on the bay, with a celebrity patronage, a rather prestigious place to enjoy a spot of lunch or dinner. You can enjoy an evening out on the decking, watching a tangerine sun dip below the horizon, while you sip a thirst-quenching beverage. Choose from a variety of attractions in the area to satisfy your time, including award-winning beaches, pretty walks along the footpath to Freshwater Bay and opportunities for golf, swimming and a plethora of watersports. You also have Alum Bay, the Needles Rocks and lighthouse and the ancient castle at Yarmouth nearby. A fine getaway for a break on the Isle of Wight.

Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight. It offers local shops and pubs and unspoilt coastal scenery. A footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool and you can also take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the wonderful views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond.
