For my friend and I it was perfect. Secure garden for a four-legged friend, close to everywhere we wanted to be. May not suit everyone but for us we couldn’t have chosen anywhere more suitable nor enjoyed our stay more. Thoroughly delightful hosts who were incredibly helpful on arrival too.

The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities good. The children loved watching the farm dogs and horses. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The listing only describes three of the four bedrooms and so does not make clear that all the bedrooms are upstairs. Sharing the en-suite toilet at night could be an issue for some guests, but it worked ok for us.

Spiders and Cobwebs everywhere. Taps, Sinks, Bath and Toilets all needed a good Jiff clean and bleaching. Also the floors without carpets needed a good clean and disinfecting. The lounge furniture has seen better days and was so uncomfortable, even food waste and crumbs down the side of the furniture and under the removable cushions. Also under the twin bedroom beds there were sweets from previous occupants, how long ago I am not sure. We did not look under the other beds as it made us feel dirty. No reception on the television at night once we got back from a day out. I do not know if you ever inspect your listed properties on a regular basis but I feel you should. I certainly will not be recommending this stay to anybody and I am even unsure whether I will book with you again. I think in general the owners need to repair some of its faults as it rains into the porch so you cannot leave anything there, ie shoes and toys etc.
