Guests have consistently praised the cottage for its cleanliness, stylish decor, and prime location. The property is well-equipped for both short and long stays, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. An enclosed garden adds to the charm, making it pet-friendly. While some minor suggestions for additional comfort were made, the overall experience has been highly regarded, with guests expressing a desire to return.
Reviewers consistently mention the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean' and 'well appointed,' which indicates a high level of satisfaction in this area.
The location is frequently highlighted as 'great,' with the property being within walking distance to Freshwater Bay and village, suggesting a very positive reception of the location.
Comfort is generally praised, especially the comfortable bed in the master room. However, one comment about insufficient heating downstairs suggests a slight deduction from an otherwise high comfort level.
Facilities are well-regarded, with a sufficiently stocked kitchen and on-site parking. Suggestions for additional kitchenware and comments on heating imply room for improvement, but overall, facilities meet guests' needs.
Thoughtful touches are appreciated by guests, such as dog blankets and torches. While no gifts are explicitly mentioned, the attention to detail contributes to a positive experience. Please note that such thoughtful gestures are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately this visit wasn't for pleasure but the comfort and facilities of the cottage made our stay easier. Lovely comfortable bed in master room, plenty of hot water throughout the day, a lovely, cosy cottage within easy walking distance to shops, cafes. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Great location and walking distance to Freshwater Bay and Freshwater village. Parking on site was useful and enclosed garden for dog. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently to enable meals to be prepared, perhaps a couple of Pyrex dishes would be useful. We didnât feel that the heating downstairs was sufficient for us at times but it didnât spoil our enjoyment and we would book again.
