Outside there is an enclose garden and off road parking for four cars, making 1 Ocean View a great holiday home.

Additional WC. Freestanding kitchen with central island. Sitting room with dining area. Conservatory with TV and French doors to garden.

Gas central heating. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and toys. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. 2 small children's mattresses available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure bike storage. Enclosed garden with decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub and beach 1 min walk. Note: The owner is happy to collect guests from the ferry if travelling without a car, by prior arrangement. Note: From the gravelled drive there are 7 gravelled steps over approx. 30ft leading to the garden, then 2 steps onto the decking plus a door threshold to get into the conservatory. Note: Check-in time is 4pm.

The village of Freshwater and Freshwater Bay make the perfect base for a great holiday. The main village is full of eclectic little shops, with a choice of lovely restaurants and some good hotels. Freshwater Bay is a picturesque location that boasts scenic downs, white chalk cliffs and gorgeous beaches – no wonder visitors flock there all year round! Freshwater Bay is the ideal destination for lovers of the outdoors including bird watchers, walkers and cyclists, with many wonderful walking trails over the Tennyson and Afton Downs.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
