When you step through the front door, the majestic hallway leads into the open plan kitchen and dining area with views out to the garden. The modern design and breakfast bar make this space a delight to cook in and the galley style dining table is perfect for gathering around for a family get together. The charming living area is finished with an open fire, a flat screen TV and a games console, wonderful for cosy nights in.

You can step out from the kitchen into your own private garden, complete with a patio table and chairs and a barbeque for when you fancy a bite to eat in the sunshine. There is also an artificial lawn, football nets and a basketball hoop for keeping the little ones entertained.

Cowes town centre is just a few minutes away with an array of boutique shops, art galleries and bars and restaurants. For the more adventurous, you can try your hand at sailing or kayaking at the nearby uksa, or hire a bike to explore more of the island.

Resident parking permits can be purchased at a cost of 50p per day.  A new one each day will be required and permits must be filled out.  The permits are contained in the welcome folder at the property and there is a money box pot on the mantelpiece in the dining room for honesty payment.On-street parking available outside in specified bays for two hours at a time and overnight parking in specified bays until 8am for non-residents on a first come, first served basisFree 24 hour on street parking available in surrounding roads the closest being Newport Road which is a few minutes’ walk away.
