The Marinus Apartments are ideally located for sailing enthusiasts. Cowes has been seen as a home for international yacht racing since the founding of the Royal Yacht Squadron in 1815. The town gives its name to the world's oldest regular regatta, Cowes Week, which occurs annually in the first week of August. Later on in the summer, powerboat races are held.
Famed for its sailing events, yachtsmen from across the world make Cowes their Mecca. But it remains a small town with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The pedestrianised high street is full of interesting boutiques, art galleries, shops and a selection of restaurants and pubs.

The whole holiday was faultless from booking to leaving. The accommodation lived up to expectations, being of the highest quality and location, the IOW had everything we wanted and the weather decided to play ball as well. Overall, SUPERB.

Highly satisfactory, excellent position, easy access to East and West Cowes, very well appointed, clean and welcoming. Gated parking. Well up to the standard we expect from Blue Chip. We'll be back next year. With luck the weather might be better.

As usual Blue Chip delivered us a high quality apartment, well found and nicely presented. We have used Blue Chip for waterside holidays before and have found them to be good value when the quality is considered. It is refreshingly good value for money and they seem to deliver the same time after time. Well done and many thanks.
