These two rooms share a shower room with WC and due to being set within the eaves, there are areas of restricted head height throughout. Heading back downstairs and out through the kitchen or utility room you will find the garden set to the rear and side of the property. This fully enclosed terrace has plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal, or perhaps challenge the family to a game of table tennis.
